The goal of a wellness exam is to make sure you aren’t surprised by any conditions as they develop.
After the wellness exam, we carefully document our findings and give you our recommendations for any health problems we find. Our veterinarians provide a head-to-tail diagnosis of health issues and prevent future health problems.

Our head-to-tail assessments include physical assessments that:
- Checks body weight and temperature
- Looks at the eyes, ears, and nose
- Checks the lymph nodes
- Looks in the mouth to assess the health of the teeth and gums
- Examines the heart and lungs
- Feels the abdomen to check internal organs, including the kidneys and liver
- Evaluates the muscles, spine, and joints
